Our four students from our centre kicked off the week with a warm welcome session, followed by an engaging tour of the campus. They quickly bonded over a fun Baamboozle ice-breaking activity and then rolled up their sleeves for some hands-on culinary experience.
The day's highlights included:
1. Learning to prepare delicious garlic bread, soft rolls, and pizza.
2. Mastering the art of napkin folding with four elegant styles: Bishop's Hat, Fan Fold, Bird of Paradise, and Lily Napkin Fold.
The first day of the camp was a perfect blend of orientation, skill-building, and creative activities. Students were not only introduced to the world of hospitality but also given the chance to start developing practical skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
Day 1 of the summer camp at The Lalit Suri Hospitality School set a strong foundation for the rest of the week. With a mix of learning, creativity, and team-building, students were well-prepared to dive deeper into the essentials of hospitality in the days to come.
